about

“Spiritual Poverty” is the 3rd release from Los Angeles based metal band Internal Corrosion. Their use of dual guitar solos, powerful metal drumming and clear yet edgy vocals, has people comparing the band to such legendary metal acts as Testament, Death Angel, and Slayer. Although Internal Corrosion does posses the classic qualities of the early metal genre, they are not a direct imitation but something that is familiar and new all on its own. The new album shows the bands progress in musicianship and song writing while still being able to capture the band’s fiery energy and heavy sound.

With many stand out tracks on the release “Draw The Line” was picked up by WESC Clothing and used in their National television commercial campaign being aired on Fuel TV. This is nothing new to the band as previous placements have also included their music being featured in the popular Paramount Pictures film “Jackass 3-D”, as well as MTV shows “The Dudesons” & “Parental Control”. Another top track from “Spiritual Poverty” is the song “Throne of Pain”, it was recently featured in a new METAL MULISHA “Myplash Star Racing Team” video. This is all just the beginning of things as the album has yet to even be released. The band will continue to expand and grow their
presence in the music world by bringing more live performances and finding it’s way into new audiences.
